All prices listed on the website include GST. We hope this makes it easier for you to calculate the total cost of your goods. We do require receipt of payment prior to shipment of orders.
We aim to ship your order out within 48 hours of receiving notification of payment. Please be mindful that from November to December, this time may increase due to the volume of orders. We will notify you via email if there are any expected delays.

We offer the following ordering options for your convenience.
Whilst we strive to keep all items in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of some items. We will not process your order until we have been in contact with you via email and asked what you would like to do. As extra postal costs would be incurred if we made two shipments, we will always contact you via email to ask you how you would like us to proceed. You can delete the item or wait for it to come into stock. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
We take every care to ensure what we sell is of a high quality. We make every effort to place a full and accurate description and/or graphic on the website, but if you feel there is a problem, please contact us immediately when you receive your order or within 2 working days.
Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.
Please contact our orders department at info@lupphair.com before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order.
